Mixing

The manufacturing process of our detergent strips begins with the careful mixing of the necessary chemicals in a dedicated mixing tank. Our expert technicians carefully measure and add each ingredient to the tank, ensuring that the correct proportions are used to create the optimum cleaning mixture

Evaporation

The next stage in the production of our detergent strips is the evaporation process, where the liquid mixture is subjected to a high temperature to remove any remaining water. The result is a dry detergent that is ready for further processing.

Cutting

Once the evaporation process has been successfully completed, the resulting dried detergent is ready to be cut to size. Large pieces of dried detergent are transferred to the cutting machine where they are accurately cut to the specified size for the washing strips.

Installation

The final step in our production process is the assembly of the cut detergent strips into the packaging. This is done using a specialized packaging machine that ensures the efficiency and accuracy of the process. The packaging machine carefully arranges the cut sheets of detergent into boxes, ensuring that each box contains the correct number of sheets.
